Returns and cancellations
Books bought here come from Mimi herself, and you are covered by the usual UK rules for buying online.
- Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your book arrives to tell Mimi you would like to cancel, and another 14 days to send it back. Email Mimi with your name and the book you bought, and she will confirm the return address.
- Refunds. Once the book is back, your money is returned within 14 days, including the standard delivery you paid. Return postage is yours to pay unless the book arrived damaged or wrong.
- Damaged or wrong book? Send a photo by email and Mimi will replace it or refund it in full, postage included.
- Digital editions. A digital edition opens straight away, so by buying one you are asking for it to start immediately and the 14-day change-of-mind right ends at that moment. If it will not open, email Mimi and she will fix it or refund you.
- Signed and personalised copies are made for you, so they can only be returned if something is wrong with them.

Why buy direct rather than on Amazon?
Because Mimi signs it. Every direct copy is signed by hand, and you can ask for it to be dedicated to a particular child at the checkout — the one thing a warehouse cannot do. Amazon is quicker, and that is a perfectly good reason to use it instead.
How do I pay?
Press Pay now on any book and you pay on Stripe’s secure page by card, Apple Pay, Klarna or Revolut Pay. Nothing card-related ever touches this website. For several books at once, send your basket and Mimi replies with a single payment link.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is £2.50, added on the payment page, and books go second class — usually 3–5 working days. Several books travel together for the same £2.50.
What is a digital edition?
The complete book, read in your browser rather than posted. Pay £2.49 and it opens straight away; you get a private link that works for a year on any phone, tablet or laptop. It is not a download and it cannot be printed.
Can I still buy on Amazon?
Of course. Most cards have an Amazon button, and the Mimi Maple author page lists the current editions.
